Cancellation Policy – Swastik Kunj Apartment

This Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made through the Swastik Kunj Apartment online payment portal. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Maintenance Fee Payments

  • Maintenance charges are non-cancellable and non-refundable once paid.

  • Payments made in error (such as duplicate transactions or excess amount) may be eligible for cancellation or refund upon written request and valid proof.

2. Facility or Event Booking

  • For bookings made for community halls or other common facilities:

    Community hall With A/C - 7500

    Community hall without A/C – 5500

    • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are eligible for full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

    • No-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Process of Cancellation

To request cancellation or refund:

  • Email the Management Committee at [Insert Email Address] with:

    • Transaction ID

    • Payment Date and Amount

    • Reason for Cancellation

  • Valid requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 working days.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

  • The refund will be made to the original mode of payment only.

  • The society is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

5. Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds should be reported to the Management Committee within 7 days of the transaction date.
