At Swastik Kunj Apartment, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent payment process for all residents. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made through our online portal.
All maintenance fee payments quarterly are non-refundable once successfully processed.
Additional water tank charges are applicable (i.e Rs 1 per litre). Example – 500 litre tank, Rs 500 per month to be paid additional to regular maintenance.
No refunds will be issued for late or missed payments..
In case of duplicate transactions or overpayment, residents may request a refund by providing:
Proof of payment
Transaction ID(s)
Bank statement or screenshot
The request must be made in writing within 7 working days from the date of transaction.
Community hall With A/C - 7500
Community hall without A/C – 5500
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
All refund requests are subject to verification by the Swastik Kunj Apartment Management Committee.
The committee reserves the right to approve or deny any refund based on policy guidelines.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
The society is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or payment processor.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after successful payment
Incorrect payment details provided by the user
Delay in payment due to user-side technical issues
Payment for maintenance already due or overdue
