These Terms and Conditions govern the use, residency, and common facility access of all residents, owners, tenants, and visitors of Swastik Kunj Apartment. By using the online payment gateway of Swastik Kunj Apartment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: These Terms and Conditions apply to all payments made online through the Swastik Kunj Apartment portal for maintenance, facility booking, or any other dues payable to the apartment society. Swastik Kunj Apartment Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
All residents must comply with the rules and regulations laid down by the Swastik Kunj Apartment Management Committee.
Tenants must be registered with the committee and provide valid identification and rental agreement copies.
All maintenance fee payments quarterly are non-refundable once successfully processed.
Additional water tank charges are applicable (i.e Rs 1 per litre). Example – 500 litre tank, Rs 500 per month to be paid additional to regular maintenance.
No refunds will be issued for late or missed payments.
Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or any method supported by our payment gateway provider.
All transactions are processed securely through a third-party payment service provider.

Once the payment is successfully processed, a confirmation message and receipt will be sent to your registered email/mobile number.
Please retain the payment confirmation for future reference.
Payments once made are non-refundable except in cases of excess payment, duplicate transaction, or payment made in error.
In such cases, residents must inform the Management Committee in writing within 7 working days along with valid proof.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 working days to the original mode of payment.
Swastik Kunj Apartment is not responsible for any transaction failures due to technical issues with the bank or payment gateway.
If your account is debited and no receipt is generated, kindly contact the society office with transaction details.
We do not store any card or bank details on our server.
All transactions are processed using SSL encryption through a secure and certified payment gateway.
